Giacomo “Jack” Fallucca is the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Palermo’s Pizza and a part of the community ownership group of the Milwaukee Bucks, a minority owner.
A lifelong resident of Milwaukee, Giacomo grew up in the pizza business starting with the family restaurant, Palermo Villa on Milwaukee’s East side, at age 15. He later joined the frozen pizza business in 1979 when he turned 18.
He learned the pizza business in his immigrant parent’s restaurant on Milwaukee’s East side and joined the family’s frozen pizza business in 1979 when he turned 18. From humble beginnings delivering pizzas to just a few stores, Palermo’s now makes nearly 300 million pizzas annually at two production facilities located in Milwaukee and Jefferson, Wisconsin and employs over 1,200 people.
Palermo’s family of brands includes Palermo’s, Screamin’ Sicilian, Urban Pie, Connie’s, and Surfer Boy Pizza. In addition to the company’s popular branded products, Palermo’s is the nation’s leading producer of private label retail brand frozen pizza. Palermo’s products are sold at retailers across the country and can also be found at select locations outside the US.
Giacomo’s passion is people, and he is dedicated to giving back to the city of Milwaukee and the state of Wisconsin through supporting causes that benefit people, families, health, and safety. He serves on several local and national boards, both non-profit and for-profit, including being the executive chair of FaB, Wisconsin’s Food and Beverage Business Network. He serves on the board for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Milwaukee and mentors young entrepreneurs with the MKE VMS (Milwaukee Venture Mentoring Service). He is also a member of the Greater Milwaukee Committee (GMC) and the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce (MMAC).
Giacomo resides in River Hills with his wife, Connie. In their free time they enjoy traveling and
spending time with family.
