  • Session Structure

  • Through a six-week leadership course, Forward 48 connects the state’s most successful executives with the most promising young leaders between the ages of 25 and 40 from Milwaukee, Madison, Racine, Kenosha, and the New North / Fox Valley region.

    Sessions will take place weekly on Thursdays in the format below:

    • 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM ( Faculty Speaking and Q/A )
    • 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM ( Faculty Optional, facilitated session with team )
    • Virtual or in-person sessions according to the schedule above

  • Admission to Forward 48 is by application. There are two ways to start the selection process:

    1) You can apply to be a member of our next cohort via this form

    2) A leader in your organization or professional network can nominate you with this form.

    Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Apply today.

  • Sessions are held every Thursday for six weeks.

    Our Spring 2023 cohort begins on Thursday, April 27th.

    Sessions:

    • April 27, In-person session in Madison 8 AM – 8 PM
    • May 4, Virtual 3 PM – 6PM
    • May 11, Virtual 3 PM – 6 PM
    • May 18, Virtual 3 PM – 6PM
    • May 25, Virtual 3 PM – 6PM
    • June 1, In-person session in Milwaukee, 8 AM – 8PM
  • Tuition

  • We are currently offering the entire six-week program for $3,000, which includes all program materials. 

    Four Marquette University scholarship credits that may be applied to the Master in Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s in Public Service programs ($5,000 Value).

  • Benefits

  • -Four Marquette University scholarship credits that may be applied to the Master in Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s in Public Service programs ($5,000 Value).
