In our six-week cohort, participants experience:
- Insights from the top leaders across our state — from successes, to failures, to the many lessons learned.
- Programming centered around professional development for individuals across all industries and walks of life.
- Small-group collaboration with other rising leaders who will challenge and inspire each other as they work through challenges together.
- An authentic environment that creates space for vulnerability, leading to new relationships and lasting connections.
- A deeper understanding of their own leadership strengths and weaknesses.
